My method?

Bevor du an langfristige Ordnung denken kannst muss erstmal eine Grundordnung her?

When it comes to tidying up and sorting, there is no cookie cutter method. Where it helps, we use parts from the KonMari method, minimalism, the 5-S strategy, the Mount Vernon approach, the 3 box tactic, etc.

 

In declutter coaching I am there to get to know your learning type, your everyday life, your lifestyle and your personality. In order to then discover your individual tidiness with you and develop your personal order system. We work with what is there , not against it.

With these insights you will also receive solutions on how to avoid disorder in the future, prevent chaos in your everyday life and how you can keep order even when I'm gone. Because:  A good coach coaches himself away.

Ziel der Hilfe beim Aufräumen oder des Aufräumservices ist, dass du Klarheit und Überblick zurückgewinnst.

Maybe your life just shifted to the next gear. Often its shaking a bit then. Boxes from the last move stay unpacked. Or the home office transformed into a child's room, and now besides paper clutter, there is kids' laughter.

Or has life not been good to you lately and you have been  through a break up, a divorce or even a bereavement - and looking overwhelmed and somewhat helpless at all the belongings?

As long as we live, wear clothes and work, we will surround ourselves with stuff. And when everything around us is turbulent, disorder moves in fast. You are not alone with this. It`s completely normal and not as bad as all that. Together we will get clear that excess.

Ich versichere dir, dass ich effizient und gewissenhaft arbeite und viel Power hab. Eine Schätzungen wie lange ein Ordnungsprojekt dauern wird gebe ich grundsätzlich nie. dafür gibt es zu viele Faktoren, die ich nicht beeinflussen kann. 

Gemeinsam werden wir aber klar den Fokus legen, welche Bereiche für dich oberste Priorität haben. 

 

Im Aufräumservice oder der Hilfe beim Aufräumen enthalten:​

  • Mitnahme von Spenden oder Recycling: so viel wie in mein Auto passt

  • Verbrauchsmaterial wie Post-it's und Müllsäcke

Bitte beachte:​

  • Die Mindesteinsatzdauer pro Session beträgt 3 Stunden.​

  • bei der Zusammenarbeit vor Ort kommt das Hygienekonzept verbindlich zum Einsatz.

  • Preise vor Ort zzgl. Fahrtkosten: 30 Minuten Anfahrt kostenlos. Darüber hinaus 20 € je angefangene 15 Minuten.

  • Die Kick-off Session markiert den Beginn jeder Zusammenarbeit. 

Great and well-directed presentation with lots of tips and tricks. Everyone could take something (different) with them. For myself, I now have a good approach where I can bring more structure and order into the office / laundry / everything room in order to be able to work with more concentration. Thank you so much!
